The Motorized FlatPanel Plus features a high-torque motorized cover with intelligent angle sensing, stall protection, and auto-learning of open/close positions. Combined with dual-mode 0–255 level dimming and a dedicated defogging heating output, it delivers fully automated flat field calibration for demanding astrophotography setups.

High-Torque Motor & New Firmware
Compatible with covers with a luminous diameter of 240mm–380mm, featuring smooth opening and closing.
High-Precision Angle Sensing
Built-in high-precision angle sensor provides real-time accurate feedback of the cover opening and closing position, with synchronous data updates for precise control.
Intelligent Stall Protection
If an obstacle is encountered during operation, the motor automatically stops to prevent burnout, gear damage, and other problems caused by prolonged stalling.
Auto-Learning of Open/Close Positions
Automatically learns the limit positions of full open and full close during first use, eliminating repeated debugging and simplifying subsequent operations.
Defogging & Heating Function
Back panel features a 1× PWM 12V output (3.5×1.35mm) supporting 0–100% ten-level power adjustment. Directly powers standard heating strips; PI heating sheets will be available for adaptation.
Dual-Mode Dimming
Independent High Brightness and Low Brightness modes, both offering 0-255 levels of precise dimming.
High Brightness mode for narrowband imaging and Low Brightness mode for broadband imaging, covering most astronomical shooting needs.
Compatible with telescopes of all focal ratios, flicker-free at all shutter speeds.
USB Communication & 12V DC Power Supply
USB handles data communication and control, while a dedicated 12V DC input powers the panel and motorized cover.

USB-A port for serial communication and brightness control — handles all software commands and firmware updates.
12V DC Power Input (Required)
Requires 12V DC power supply (5.5×2.1mm center-positive) to drive the high-brightness LED panel and motorized cover. USB alone is insufficient for operation.
